United KingdomBought at the start of Covid and still using it
We bought a Total Gym Fit at the start of Covid because we had been going to Pilates for several months at $300 a month. We wanted to get away from group classes during that time and the cost on this unit was equal to about 3 months of classes. I had seen the commercials for years with Chuck and Christy and thought yeah yeah blah blah blah. Turns out that I was an idiot! I should have bought this years ago!! It is a FABULOUS piece of home gym equipment. I just finished an upper body workout right now and was reflecting on how much I like the Total Gym. There is no reason not to own it. It is super well made, works like a perfect piece of engineered machinery should, gets a workout in really quick, has a huge library of exercises etc etc etc. If you are thinking and wondering and mulling it over and questioning if you will use it enough and will it last and is it worth it and what alternatives are there….well…come on - I’m on the edge of 70 yrs old and I use it all the time and have for a few years now. I will forever. You will too.

I'm am a 71 year old male who is slightly overweight and on a low dose BP med and a cholesterol med. I have owned my Total Gym Fit for a little over a month now. I exercise using my FIT for 20 minutes a day using your app. I have lost over 20 lbs and have started to add exercises to the basic group to add some variety and work a few minutes longer. I am hoping when I visit my doctor next month that I will be able to ditch one or both of my meds. I feel great with more energy and endurance which is great. My Total Gym Fit is one of the best investments I have made to better my health and wellness.
