I paired it with the GOLO way of living so the weight loss is exciting. The Pilates package is a great addition to the Total Gym. The company that delivered our Total Gym went above and beyond what they were paid to do. I couldn’t be happier. NO REGRETS, NOT A ONE. If you are considering buying a Total Gym I highly recommend the GTS Commercial Gym. The difference between the GTS and one of the lower priced models is the level of resistance. I have 20 or 22 levels to choose from so my machine will not need to be replaced because you maxed out the levels, meaning you have no problem with using the highest level, no effort required, no sweating the pounds of fat away. I honestly didn’t realize just how out of shape I am, coupled with being 30 lbs overweight. Using the gym, maximizing the metabolic caloric burn is amazing. I have not felt this good in years.

Well, it’s too soon to answer your question but so far I’m getting fast results. The leg pulley system works very well. My legs are feeling better. But I have to keep during the exercises to see the results I want.
