Total Gym Row Trainer

An ingeniously unique rower that emulates a rowing movement pattern using adjustable bodyweight resistance, the Heritage Collection Row produces a full-body workout, integrating a strength component into a traditional cardio machine.

Built on an incline, the Row targets all the muscles groups simultaneously and enables a smooth consistent load through the entire range of motion, due to loaded concentric and eccentric phases of the exercise.

Designed for multi-planar movement including exercises such as biceps curls and an alternating side to side row, the Row is fun to use and user friendly, accommodating all fitness levels.

Why is the Row different to other rowing machines?
The Heritage Collection Row is different to a traditional indoor rower. We created a machine that mirrors a rowing movement pattern with a completely different resistance pattern. It’s the only row machine that uses adjustable bodyweight resistance on an incline.

In addition to rowing at an incline, the Row is built for multi-planar movement, including exercises such as biceps curls and an alternating side to side row.

Can you change the incline of the Row Trainer as with other Total Gym units
Yes, there are two levels of resistance. At the highest level the resistance is 20% of bodyweight and at the lowest 17% of bodyweight. The Row Trainer also comes with a bungee that adds an additional 0-15lbs of resistance.

Can I buy the Row for my home?
Yes! The Row is ideal for home use, as a complement to your current Total Gym exercise routine, or as a fun rowing workout.

Can the Row be stowed away easily?
Yes, the Row easily folds upright in seconds for compact storage against a wall or in a closet. The dimensions are 24" wide by 25" deep by 98" tall.

How much space does the Row  take up?
The Row requires an area of 12 square feet (1.1 square meters).

What is the user weight capacity?
The maximum user weight capacity is 400lbs (180 kg).
