...My schedule is erratic! I work two jobs, so I have to workout at strange times and sometimes I miss a day. But the next day, I make up for it. The Total Gym is the easiest product I have ever used. I go easily from exercise to exercise barely missing a beat. I have seen results in as little as two weeks, with more energy, and sound sleep at night. I still have a long way to go, but I know with the total gym, I will finally reach my goal.

I've only used the Total Gym for about a month, 5 days a week, for about 15 min a day and I've seen great results! I've trimmed down, really toned and built muscle as well. I don't know if you need photos, but I'm working on getting some to show the difference. This is the best piece of equipment I've ever used and I really enjoy it! I would like to say that I think Total Gym is terrific. I have been into weight lifting, and body building since I was 19 years old, and I am going on 70 now. As far as a total workout, it is out of this world!

I have only had my Total Gym for three or four weeks but already I notice a difference. I have a job that requires me to lift and carry a lot. Since I started using the machine, I have been able to carry the weight with no problem! I must say to those who would buy just an ab machine -- buy a Total Gym instead! The Total Gym works my abs much better than the ab machine I made the mistake of buying about two years ago -- not just in the ab exercises either, but when I must use my abs to stabilize myself. And it was so easy to set up and use, I just got right on and boom, I'm working out. The Total Gym is also much safer on my joints and easier to use than the machines at the health club where I went for two years. With this machine there is no waiting, no having to change weights, and no bull!

I have been using my new Total Gym 11000 for approximately 2-weeks.... AWESOME! I am a 61-year old male...in very good physical condition. I have been working out weekly for 10-15 years using Schwinn, Aerodyne Bike and NordicTrack ski-machine 3-5 times weekly. All excellent pieces of equipment... BUT, now I have added the piece of equipment that really makes a difference... Total Gym. I still am working out daily (early morning) with the Bike and NordicTrack... but now when I get home in the evening I am working out - DAILY - with MY Total Gym. Thanks for an awesome piece of equipment... with quality!

I am not a health care worker or a professional athlete; just an average guy who has never been able to get into the kind of shape I wanted. I am not the type to join gyms or fitness classes, but I decided back in January to get a bit more serious about my fitness.

...After 4 months, I am a completely different person. I have gone from 155 to 140 Lbs. I have lost 3 inches off my waist. (I bought a new belt in August and have had to punch 2 more holes in it.) My upper body is becoming well developed and defined. I am 53 years old. Of course, I have also cut out all the junk food I used to eat. You can't just work out without changing your eating habits but dieting alone does not get you into shape. Exercise does and your machine makes it easy and fun.

I have a friend who has been an iron pumper for over 5 years and she was skeptical about my choice of equipment. No more. She couldn't believe the results I have obtained with just one piece of hardware. My wife has now started up as well. Thank you for a great product.

Being a welder, this, for some unexplainable reason, is what I look at first. The welds are well formed with, as far as I can see, no cold lap and little or no spatter at the folding points of the track where stress is a problem. The weld is well formed and laid in using a Whip or Oscillating technique allowing the operator to work off of the heavier material and spend less time on the thinner material forming a good looking weld with good penetration on both materials. I hope this welder is well paid because it's hard to find welders this good.

The workout; I expected resistance; I am impressed at just how much. The Total Gym gives the workout of free weights but does so with control and stability. Having lost my right leg below the knee in a motorcycle accident, I could do the exercises in physical therapy however; the most I could work with was 2 - 5 pound leg weights. Therapy was discontinued because of the damage to the left knee. With the Total Gym, I could work with 68% of my 250 pounds safely if I decided to.

...Even with twelve stations in my basement, the Total Gym is one of my favorite workouts. It's extremely efficient, provides features to accomplish strength, flexibility or aerobic exercises. Let's not forget the smoothness of the operation.

I'm 51 and getting into better physical condition than ever. It's the quality of devices such as the Total Gym that retains my interest. I'm increasing my exercises on the unit and consider this time well spent.

My wife and I want to express our thanks and extreme gratitude for such a wonderful product AND a great company! We have had our Total Gym for close to two years. It had cracked at the base (a problem we understand that you had come to know about). When we called about the problem, I couldn't believe my ears! The salesperson said that a new one was on the way. A COMPLETE replacement. We didn't have to send the old one back or pay ANYTHING!!!! You paid all shipping --everything! God I wish companies in America were run as well as yours.
